The Slab Comes First On Every Job
How long a coated floor lasts depends mostly on the concrete under it, so that is what we study first. During the free floor check, we look at the cracks, take a moisture reading and note any old coating, paint or glue. That tells us how much prep the job needs.
A slab under an original Sherwood Heights bungalow and a slab in a brand-new Cambrian Crossing home need very different prep. We price each one on what we find there, never on a flat rate.
Floors Built For An Alberta Winter
Floors here have to survive a long winter. Vehicles carry in salt, slush and rock chips for months. Slabs on clay soil move with the frost. Unheated garages and shops get bitterly cold.
We plan around all of it, with flake systems that hide grit, clear tops that resist salt, flexible fillers for moving cracks, and heaters for any slab that needs warming before a coating goes on.
Quotes You Can Compare Line By Line
Your quote shows the system, the products, how many coats, the build thickness and the square footage. Crack repair and coating removal get their own lines. If something new turns up once work starts, we check with you before doing anything about it.
That level of detail lets you hold our price up against anyone else's and see exactly what each one includes.
Jobs Of Every Size
We take on single garages and full plant floors. A one-car garage in Clarkdale Meadows, a basement gym in Summerwood, a heated shop near Ardrossan and a service bay near Refinery Row all get the same attention.
Business jobs are planned around your hours, with nights and weekends available. Homeowners get a firm start date and a firm date for driving back in.
